Something Interesting

not all of us know's whats inside our body. i made this article so that people may be aware of what a person is compose of..

first of all our bodies is compose of 206 bones.
newly born babies have more that 300 bones but as they grow older, bones fuses together thats why we only get 206. :)

the widest muscle in the body is the Latissimus Dorsi which is located on our back, while
the largest muscle in the body is the gluteus maximus which is our buttock musle
and the smallest muscle in the body is the stapedius which can be found in the ear,
its main function is to control the three smallest bone in the body which is the malleus, stapes and incus which can also be found in the ear. it is about 0.05 inches .

the largest bone in the body is the femur which is located on our thighs.

the heart is the strongest muscle and its about a size of your fist.

every person has a unique finger and tongue print.

a person with lack of sleep dies earlier than of a person suffering from starvation,
a person who didn't sleep for about 10 days may die, while person suffering from starvation may die 2 weeks or more.

thats all for now. i'll always update my blog for updates..

A BOOK HELP

we all know that NURSING cost a lot of money, from the tuition fee, miscellaneous  and of course the BOOKS!!!

not every nursing student can afford to buy a nursing book.
so i suggest find an e-book for the book you need.
for those who have their gadgets, its for them use them handy. :)
and for those who dont have, they may just read it on their computer.
you just need to be patient looking for ebooks. i suggest go to www.symbianize.com
look for your ebooks there, that is not an ebook website but i saw a thread there that the content is nursing ebooks and other stuff.

well symbianize is one community that aims to help people by sharing their skills and knowledge to everyone..
go drop by.

are you a nurse? nursing graduate? or studying nursing?

are you a nurse?

i want to become one.. but unfortunately im still not taking the board exam.. im afraid to get fail, i am afraid to what other people can say. i hope someday i will become like you. pursue my dreams and be happy.

are you a nursing graduate?

I am. so what? i study almost 5 years for nursing (including summer classes) but now, i am at home, jobless. doing nothing. WHY? i dont know. its just that i cant find the job that fits for me, nor fits my personality, i really want to become a nurse. but how? i am so afraid to take up the board exam. besides, there are so many nurses in the country, how can i compete with them?

now a days nursing is termed as the art of accepting phone calls. meaning nurses choose to be a call center agent than to become a nurse .. why? because there are shortage of nurses job in the Philippines. because nurses are over populated there are no rooms for the newly graduate. they choose to work on a call center job than to become jobless.

are you a student?

i am (before) , well of course studying nursing is not that easy. in fact, its hard.. because we had to know everything and anything about a every persons condition. that's not easy. starting on the medicines that we had to memorize, the nursing are plans and everything. but im sure like me, you will also miss the days that you were studying, the time that you were with your friends, you were with  your group mates on duty, and anything that you do inside and outside of the campus.  i always cherish those times. and become sad that i can never get those times back . :(
