are you a nurse? nursing graduate? or studying nursing?

are you a nurse?

i want to become one.. but unfortunately im still not taking the board exam.. im afraid to get fail, i am afraid to what other people can say. i hope someday i will become like you. pursue my dreams and be happy.

are you a nursing graduate?

I am. so what? i study almost 5 years for nursing (including summer classes) but now, i am at home, jobless. doing nothing. WHY? i dont know. its just that i cant find the job that fits for me, nor fits my personality, i really want to become a nurse. but how? i am so afraid to take up the board exam. besides, there are so many nurses in the country, how can i compete with them?

now a days nursing is termed as the art of accepting phone calls. meaning nurses choose to be a call center agent than to become a nurse .. why? because there are shortage of nurses job in the Philippines. because nurses are over populated there are no rooms for the newly graduate. they choose to work on a call center job than to become jobless.

are you a student?

i am (before) , well of course studying nursing is not that easy. in fact, its hard.. because we had to know everything and anything about a every persons condition. that's not easy. starting on the medicines that we had to memorize, the nursing are plans and everything. but im sure like me, you will also miss the days that you were studying, the time that you were with your friends, you were with  your group mates on duty, and anything that you do inside and outside of the campus.  i always cherish those times. and become sad that i can never get those times back . :(

thanks for reading.

  1. you can still be a nurse, if you follow your heart and look back to realize how far are you now.
